Terms & Conditions

Applies To: All B2B transactions for bulk export of organic, GI-tagged spices (Turmeric Powder, Dried Guntur Red Chilli Powder, Tellicherry Black Pepper, Malabar Cardamom)

 

1. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

The minimum order quantity for all spice exports is 100 metric tonnes (MT) per shipment, per product.

 

2. Payment Terms

  • 40% Advance Payment – Required upon order confirmation and prior to processing.

  • 50% Major Payment – Due upon shipment readiness and before dispatch.

  • 10% Balance Payment - Settle upon shipment receiving.

  • All payments must be made via bank transfer (SWIFT) to the official V Organics account.

  • Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

 

3. Shipping & Delivery

3.1 Shipping Method – FOB Only

  • All shipments are made on FOB (Free On Board) terms at the designated Indian port.

  • V Organics is responsible for delivering goods and loading them onto the buyer’s nominated vessel.

  • Export customs clearance and documentation will be handled by V Organics.

 

3.2 Buyer Responsibilities

  • The buyer arranges and pays for ocean freight, marine insurance, unloading, customs clearance, and inland delivery at the destination.

 

3.3 Delivery Timeline

  • Typical lead time: 3–5 weeks from the date of advance payment and final specification confirmation.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to material availability, export regulations, or shipping schedules.

 

4. Quality & Compliance

  • All spices are organically grown and sourced from GI-certified regions in India.

  • Products comply with international food safety standards and relevant import regulations of the destination country.

  • Certificates provided with each shipment may include: Certificate of Analysis (CoA), Phytosanitary Certificate, Organic Certification, and GI Tag Documentation.

 

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders confirmed and processed are non-refundable.

  • In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), delivery schedules may be adjusted by mutual agreement.

 

6. Liability Disclaimer

  • V Organics is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from delays, transit issues, or third-party handling.

  • Liability is limited strictly to the invoice value of the goods shipped.

 

7. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), unless otherwise specified.
