
Refund Policy
At V Organics, we adhere to strict quality and compliance standards for all Spice exports. As our shipments are custom-manufactured, quality-tested, and dispatched under FOB (Free On Board) terms, the following refund policy applies:

No Refunds After Shipment:
Once the goods are packed, cleared, and loaded onto the vessel (FOB), no refund or cancellation is permitted.

Advance Payment:
A 40% non-refundable advance is required to confirm the order. This covers procurement, processing, and export readiness.

Replacements Only for Documented Issues:
In the rare event of proven issues related to product quality or non-compliance (verified by third-party lab reports and agreed documentation), we may consider replacement of the affected batch on a case-by-case basis. No cash refunds will be provided.

Buyer Responsibility Post-FOB:
Once the consignment is loaded onboard the nominated vessel, risk transfers to the buyer, including marine insurance, freight, and import clearance. Refunds or replacements are not provided for damage or delays caused in transit under FOB terms.

Dispute Resolution:
Any dispute will be handled through mutual communication first. If unresolved, the matter will be governed under the jurisdiction of United Arab Emirates.
